Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect information when you visit this website or get in touch with us.
Last updated September 18, 2026
Introduction
Billserv Consulting (OPC) Private Limited, trading as BillServ Consulting (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operates https://www.billservconsulting.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the Site.
We use your personal information only for responding to your enquiries and for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
The Site is a static informational website. It does not require you to create an account, it does not track you, and it collects nothing from you unless you choose to get in touch.
Information collection and use
We collect personal information only when you voluntarily send it to us. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, practice or organisation name, and the content of any message you choose to send us (“Personal Information”).
When you submit the contact form, the details you entered are sent to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards them to us by email. Web3Forms processes that information on our behalf solely in order to deliver it, and we do not use the service for anything else. If the form cannot reach that service, it falls back to opening a pre-filled message in your own email application, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss the services you have asked about. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Protected health information
The Site is not a channel for protected health information. Please do not submit patient names, medical records, claim data, or any other protected health information through the contact form or by unencrypted email.
Where we handle protected health information in the course of delivering billing and revenue cycle services, we do so as a business associate under an executed business associate agreement and in accordance with HIPAA — not under this policy, which covers the Site only.
Server logs
We do not operate a server of our own for this Site and we keep no logs of your visit. The Site is published as a set of static files served by a third-party hosting provider.
Like most hosting providers, ours records standard technical information when a page is requested — typically the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request — for the purposes of delivering the Site, security, and abuse prevention. That processing is governed by the hosting provider’s own privacy policy. We do not use these records to identify or profile individual visitors.
Cookies and tracking
This Site does not use cookies. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any other tracking technology, and we do not build a profile of you or share information about your visit with advertisers.
Because nothing is stored on your device and nothing tracks you between visits, there is no cookie banner and no tracking settings for you to configure. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
Service providers
We keep the number of third parties involved in this Site to a minimum. Two are involved in normal use:
- A hosting provider, which stores the Site’s files and serves them to your browser, and which processes the technical request information described under “Server logs” above.
- Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which receives what you submit through the contact form and forwards it to us by email. It acts on our instructions for that purpose only.
- An email provider, which carries and stores the correspondence you send us and our replies to it.
- Fonts used on this Site are served from our own hosting alongside the rest of the Site. Your browser makes no request to any external font service, and no information about your visit is shared with one.
Disclosure of information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information. We may disclose your Personal Information where we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation, court order, or lawful request by a public authority.
- Protect and defend our rights or property.
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Site.
- Protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public.
Data retention
Because enquiries reach us as email, what we hold is the correspondence itself. We keep it only for as long as is necessary to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of our business correspondence, unless a longer retention period is required by law or under a separate services agreement. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Security
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and contact form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the delivery service described above. Email itself, however, is not a secure channel: a message may pass through systems outside our control once it leaves us, and should not be treated as confidential. This is why we ask you not to send patient information or other sensitive data through the form or by email.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission over the Internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
Our Site may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s privacy
The Site is directed to healthcare providers and business contacts and is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so that we can remove it.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the Personal Information you have sent us by contacting us at team@billservconsulting.com. We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your personal information — including rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection — under laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. We will honour any such right that applies to you. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site and updating the date shown above. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
